Q. What is your warranty?
A. All of our products are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship or materials. We will replace any product within 60 days of invoice date found to be defective.
Q. How do I know if this will fit my machine?
A. Most of our products will list the make and model of the machines they fit. If you don't see yours or are still unsure give us a call/text at 951-457-2269 or shoot us a message. Our staff is very knowledgeable and will help you find the best fit and quantity for your needs.
Q. How long do Ribbons last?
A. Ideally, they should be used within 90 days of arrival but they do have a shelf life of more than 12 months. We recommend you purchase no more than a 3-month supply just to be safe.
Q. I want to resell a product in my store or to one of my customers. Can you customize an order?
A. Absolutely, we can customize any order. We offer blind shipping upon request. Give us a call for more information at 951-457-2269 or send us a message.
Q. What is the shipping cost?
A. Shipping is included with all items listed that are shipping within the Continental U.S. and in many cases to AK, HI and U.S. territories. Ask us if you are unsure.
Q. When will my order be shipping?
A. In most cases the same day the order is placed if the order is received before 4pm Monday thru Saturday. Otherwise it should ship the next business day. Holidays may delay the shipping time for your order so keep that in mind when placing an order.
